Processing & Shipping:
 
Upon purchasing and confirmation, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to process and complete with a tracking number for delivery. Each unit takes time to customize and processing times may vary based off of larger sale volumes and economic events. If there are any issues with your order request, we will send an email to the address provided at checkout. Once you receive a tracking number via USPS, your postage will be delivered to the facility during normal business hours (same/next day) for transit. After your postage is handed to USPS we are no longer responsible for the transit of your items. 
 
Insurance:
 
Insuring your postage does require signature confirmation upon delivery. We encourage  you to keep track of your package via USPS.com to anticipate the delivery of your insured items.
RETURNS: 
Units are NON-REFUNABLE. 
In the event that the order is incorrect, on Evonni and or staff's behalf, an exchange may be given. In order to have a return request submitted, the items MUST be in the original form and packaging as received and the request should be completed within two days with the attached receipt or order number.

All approved return orders will receive a store credit for the total purchase amount via e-gift card. The account credited will be sent to the email associated with your purchase.
ALL (other) ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE! We DO NOT process refunds for items that may be delayed/ lost in the shipping process due to unforeseen/uncontrollable events via USPS. Please check USPS.com for more details/ help.
